Set of Load Cells for Installation on Elevator Ropes
This load cell set is designed for installation directly on the elevator ropes.
Each load cell has a nominal capacity of 0.5 or 1 ton.
At the customer’s request, the set can be supplied with between 1 and 8 load cells.
The sensors are designed for installation without the need to unload or loosen the ropes.
The nominal rope diameter for the load cell is:

7–10 mm for sensors with a nominal capacity of 0.5 ton,

11–13 mm for sensors with a nominal capacity of 1 ton.
This set is recommended for elevators where installation of other types of load cells is difficult or impossible, as well as for modernization projects where overload protection systems were not previously installed.
